Standards Committee
|
The Standards committee is responsible for
ensuring that the various covenants throughout the community are
maintained. To this end, the committee is committed to making
sure that the common areas and individual properties are
aesthetically well maintained throughout Deerwood. The fine
committee, which functions under the Standards committee meets
quarterly to discuss various violations and determine if fines
are appropriate. The fine committee is made up of three none DIA
board members who volunteer their time yearly.
